Today is the day

We can ask ourself about what is the right time to begin a change in our habits, well, the answer is really easy the day is today! Yes, you will never have different result with out do different things. And keep in shape it's more than a physical training, because our mind could be a reflex in our body.
What is the first step? Define a goal... it could be a physical goal like speed, strength or some particular movement, but we have to be realistic about what is our beginning? Today internet it's a great resource to find physical test to measure our beginning.


And one very common expression is "it's late to begin" I have to say that my yoga beginning was when I was 37old, and now I feel better than ever, remember that your body always will be a reflex of your soul.
How could we cultivate our mental health? It could be the most important question, and the way never will be easy. Meditate is one answer for this, but this technique is about focus and pay attention. Some people has meditation climbing, just breathing... For me slack line has the answer I have never felt more focusing in my life than practice just siting or walk in the slack.
Find your meditation and everything can flow.

   

To finish, you must remember that the best version of you, it's inside yourself!
